Return Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Be in their original condition.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
     

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Final sale or clearance items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery.
     

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide the reason for your return.

  3. Follow the return instructions provided by our team.

Once approved, you will receive details on how and where to send your return package.
 

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
     

Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges for eligible items if you received:

  • The wrong item.

  • A damaged item.

  • A defective product.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the matter.
 

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
